Training Session 01 - The Punishment
I've always wanted to take my game to the next level - but in the past year of moving to a new state and being the new member at a club, I started slipping down the path of playing tennis maybe once a week, eating unhealthy, and falling out of shape...my dream was starting to slip away and it was time to do something about it.
So here's the very first training session of 2019, with the sole purpose of this session to burn my legs, lungs and get me into tennis shape - and to make it hurt. This was the same day I got the flu so I was struggling out there as you'll see, footwork and strokes sloppy, legs like lead - but at the same time it felt so good to just be out there.
